‘We are the Future’ NFU Cymru Mid Gwynedd Conference

Two excellent speakers are to address the Mid Gwynedd ‘We are the Future’ conference on Thursday, 30 January 2014 at the Glasdir Centre, Llanrwst.

Starting at 7.30pm, members will firstly be addressed by Terri Thomas, Head of the CAP Planning Division at Welsh Government. Terri will speak about the recent CAP proposals set out by the Minster, Alun Davies and his announcement on 14 January. Edward Nutting, Cyfraith JRL Law, will follow by talking about succession within farming.

William Hughes, Mid Gwynedd County Chairman said, “This conference has been organised especially for the younger generation of the agricultural industry and it will be an unique opportunity to discuss current issues affecting young farmers, such as the changes to the common agricultural policy and succession within the farm business.

“We have an excellent line up of speakers and we are most grateful to both Terri and Edward for agreeing to attend this meeting, I also thank Mid Gwynedd NFU Cymru Trust for sponsoring the event. Refreshments will be provided on the evening. In order for us to confirm numbers, please can you reserve a place through your local NFU Cymru office, 24 January.”

You can contact Edward Nutting at our Llanrwst office on 01492 641222.

Edward Nutting is a Director of Allington Hughes Ltd based in the Llanrwst Office.
